Once you've made your payment online for vendor space download the registration form, fill it out, and email it to (Mary Kirkland) mbkinc7@gmail.com or (Berniece Gunter) sercoevents2@gmail.com. You can also mail a hard copy to us and mark it "PAID ONLINE" to our post office box at: SERCO, P.O. Box 332, Hopkins, SC 29061.

Hours Of The Festival Friday October 3rd & Saturday October 4th (Fri: 5pm until 11pm) (Sat: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Vendor Fees (If you are charging by credit card there is service fee between $3.50-$4.75 that will be added to your invoice):

$150 - $200 Product vendors (non food items)
$250 - $300 Food vendors (All vendor set ups are outdoors. Vendors will need to provide their own tables, tents, generators and other equipment if needed.)
$50 - $75 Non-Profit Vendors (All non profit organizations and vendors who would
like to distribute information during the festival are welcome to this service).
Fees are non-refundable.

* Friday October 2nd, 2026 (FOOD TRUCKS & MERCH VENDORS PREFERRED) Please arrive between 3pm & 5pm.

* Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 , the set up time is from 9:00 AM to 10:30AM.

* Access to water will be provided for food vendors.
* Vendor fees should be received by October 1st, 2024

There is a $75 late registration fee for an on site (day of) registration (if you do not pay in advance $75 will be added to your vendor fee and you risk the possibility that spaces may be sold out).

(1) PLEASE FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM ABOVE, ONCE YOU'VE SUBMITTED YOUR FORM (2) PLEASE USE YOUR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD TO PAY YOUR VENDOR FEES BY USING THE CHECK OUT BUTTONS ABOVE! ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL VIA "SERCO" WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS WITH A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL.
